Law Scout allows use of a very sophisticated search engine/database to provide subject access to all the pathfinders and guides of the over 130 law schools and other institutions. All the pathfinder and guides are listed and can be searched by their names. Search Resources through the search box allows searching of all words in the records. Advance Search allows the use of field searching. Each pathfinder title is listed under the description field so search for pathfinders using the description field. You only need to register at the web site if you wish to save searches for later use. From The University of Akron, School of Law Library.

Several people have inquired in the last few days about the state of Law Scout. I maintain the main url links but I have not doublechecked the available pathfinder lists for each school in several years so they are badly out-of-date.
The browseable subject listing was never fully done and has not been updated as well.
Law Scout is in a rather poor state right now and probably would not be a top choice for finding a specific pathfinder on a subject. It can still be used to point to many schools who maintain pathfinders and have active programs of adding new pathfinders.
